Open Position: Project Officer

Main Responsibilities:

Execute project activities, including consultancy, research, analysis, assessments, stakeholder engagement, develop findings, recommendations and solutions, and prepare, review and manage project deliverables and documentation;
Ensure project activities and deliverables are carried out in compliance with quality standards, company policies, procedures and processes, and applicable regulatory requirements;
Manage assigned activities, workstreams or projects, also autonomously, coordinating stakeholders’ requirements, timelines, deliverables and communication;
Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of required activities, monitor and report to management on the progress of projects, providing actionable insights for improvement;
Manage project communications across all platforms, ensure consistent handling of stakeholder inquiries and provide operative support to management and other team members;
Support management with ad hoc operative tasks, activities and projects.

Key Requirements:

Diploma of completed studies at master’s level or higher in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, Management or a related field;
Strong competences in R&D, innovation, intellectual property, process optimization;
Proficiency in project management, consultancy;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respect commitments and deadlines;
Flexibility, resourcefulness and ability to autonomously work to reach the set goals;
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Would be an appreciated plus:

Previous work experience as Project Officer, Consultant or other position in a related field;
Good written and verbal communication skills in another language;
Proficiency in CAD, such as CATIA, and graphics software, such as Adobe Illustrator, for prototyping and product rendering;
Further different competencies.
